1. Rinse. Rinse 1 cup of rice gently under cold water until clear.
2. Soak. Soak 30 minutes — aged Super Kernel rewards soaking with extra length.
3. Boil. Add to 1¾ cups water (1:1.75) with a pinch of salt; bring to a boil.
4. Simmer. Cover, reduce to low, and cook 12–15 minutes until absorbed.
5. Rest & fluff. Rest 5–10 minutes off heat, then fluff gently to keep grains whole.
